Things to do
Prague Castle
Prague Castle, perched majestically on a hill overlooking the Vltava River, is one of the most iconic landmarks in the Czech Republic. With its stunning Gothic architecture, sprawling gardens, and panoramic views of the city, it’s a must-visit destination for any traveler. And the best part? You can enjoy this historical gem with your furry friend by your side.
While dogs are not allowed inside the castle buildings themselves, the expansive castle grounds are pet-friendly. The pathways around Prague Castle provide a scenic route with plenty of opportunities for stunning photos. Capture the moment as you and your dog stand against the backdrop of St. Vitus Cathedral or with the sweeping vistas of Prague’s red-tiled rooftops behind you. The atmosphere is tranquil, and the lush greenery offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city below.
Prague zoo
A fun activity to do with your dog in Prague is the zoo. Although your dog is not allowed inside every enclosure, there are plenty of animals to check out with your dog. Our dog loved the seals!
