Pilsen

During our return trip from Prague to the Netherlands, we booked another overnight stay in Pilsen. Pilsen is the city famous for the beer brewed since 1842: the Pilsner Urquell.

When we were in Pilsen, the weather was quite cold and inclement, so we only walked around the city centre for a short time. The centre has some nice buildings, but we did not find it hugely vibrant. What does come highly recommended is the Pilsner Urquell Brewery. You can do a guided tour here, but we didn’t do that because the dog couldn’t come along.
We did have a delicious meal in the restaurant with the dog and the prices are very affordable!

If you are looking for a nice coffee shop with tasty pastries where dogs are also allowed, Le Frenchie is definitely recommended!
